SHIPPING AND RETURNS

All our orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days so you won't have to wait too long to enjoy our products.
Domestic (Spain) shipments will be delivered by postal mail within approximately 2 - 3 business days from the time of release. If you are interested in receiving the tracking code please send us an email to email@example.com and we will send it to you.
For orders to the Canary and Balearic Islands, the average delivery time will be between 4 and 5 working days after the order is placed.
If you would like to buy from any other country, let us know through our email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you the estimated delivery times for your region.
Shipping costs may vary according to the different destination addresses. Updated shipping cost information will be indicated during the checkout process as long as it is one of the authorized destinations. If you are interested in receiving our product in a non-authorized area or the associated costs did not appear during the purchase process, please contact us at email@example.com and we will give you all the necessary support so you can enjoy our products with your pet.
Shipments outside the European Economic Community may be subject to customs duties in the destination country. These costs are not included and must be paid by the buyer in order to proceed with delivery to the final destination.
Returns and Exchanges
If your dog finally decides not to keep our product, you will have a period of 14 calendar days from its correct reception to request its return or exchange. The buyer will be able to send the whole order or any of the purchased products and will be responsible for the shipping costs to Macurli.
To formalize the return, you must send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the request is received, we will let you know how to send the order to our offices.
Macurli will not be responsible for the company that the consumer hires for the return, so we recommend that the courier company is required to provide proof of delivery once the courier has delivered the product to our team.
The item must be in perfect condition and show no signs of having been used on any occasion. If these conditions are not met or if the product has been damaged, the consumer accepts that Macurli may refuse the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the consumer. Similarly, any product or article that has been customized at the customer's request is non-refundable.
